Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aulto is operated by Aulosa Mediatech Private Limited ("Aulosa", "we", "us"). This policy covers paid subscriptions to Aulto (currently the Pro plan), billed monthly through Razorpay.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Aulto dashboard (Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription) — there's no minimum term and no need to contact us. Cancelling stops future billing right away: you won't be charged again. You keep full access to your plan through the end of the period you've already paid for, and your account then becomes inactive (no active plan). Your data (links, bio page, Vaulto files) is kept either way, not deleted.

Refunds

Charges already made are final. Because cancelling keeps your access running through the period you've already paid for rather than ending it early, we don't issue refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle when you cancel or downgrade partway through it.

The one exception is a mistaken or duplicate charge caused by an error on our end or Razorpay's — for example, being billed twice for the same period. If you believe that's happened, email us and we'll look into it and refund it if confirmed.

Failed and retried payments

If a renewal payment fails (an expired card, insufficient funds), Razorpay automatically retries it over the following days. We'll email you when a payment fails and again if your subscription is ultimately paused after retries run out — at that point your account becomes inactive, with no charge for the failed attempt itself.

How to request something under this policy

Email us at support@aulosa.com with your account email and, if relevant, the payment ID or date from your receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
